Country Ridge Apartments 

The moderate rehabilitation of 96 residential unit’s interior and exterior,

the substantial rehabilitation of the community building, site upgrades, a new playground, and a new shelter house.

Post Oak Apartments 

Building of a new build 14,000 sf Early Learning Center Daycare, a technology package for the ELC, 2 New-Build ADA unit townhome dwellings, and the renovation of 142 existing townhome dwelling units across 25 buildings within the Post Oak Community. All four of these bid packages are expected to be bid as one project, and work is expected to be taking place on all three simultaneously. The Day Care and New-Build ADA buildings include both new-build trades and site work trades. The renovation is primarily interior trades; however some exterior trades and additional site improvements will also take place including a new playground area.

Rosewind Apartments  

This project will be a renovation of the Rosewind Property consisting of

230 units spread out over 70 single-family homes, and 160 townhouse units 35 different buildings. It should be assumed that units will not be renovated in any specific order and may be required to jump back and forth between unit types. Scope includes but is not limited to; new

flooring, painting of all walls and ceilings, limited new casework, new HVAC systems, hot water tanks, water conservation fixtures, energy saving light fixtures and bulbs, new appliances, and exterior improvements including mill and overlay, landscaping, and the installation of a new Splash Pad adjacent the community building.
