About the Role
The Administrative Assistant will work closely with the administrative
staff on construction/ renovation projects of varying sizes in multiple
locations The individual’s tasks consist of answering inquiries and
obtaining information for or from the public, customers, visitors,
Owners, Architects, Engineers, and other interested parties. It also
consists of providing information regarding activities conducted at the
office, meetings and at jobsites to others including owners, architects,
engineers, suppliers and employees.
Requirements
Qualifications and requirements
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Construction Administration experience preferred.
• Proven Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and QuickBooks
Desktop. Experience with (Preferred) or ability to learn payroll
systems including LCP Tracker and Elations.
• Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, to
actively look for ways to assist others, and to adjust individual
actions in relation to others' actions.
• Ability to multi-task.
