Our Story
Founded in 1995 in Columbus, Ohio by Preston Ford and Randal Kratzer, Tri-State Renovations has successfully completed capital projects across Ohio as well as parts of Kentucky and Indiana. Though we work with a small group of trusted employees and outside contractors, we manage to complete multi-million-dollar capital projects on time and with excellent workmanship We retains some of the best expertise in Ohio which is the reason local housing authorities prefer to collaborate with Tri-State Renovations.
Our Team.
Preston Ford, Randal Kratzer and Michael Rogers have a combined 105 years in the construction and renovation industry. They have managed a multitude of capital funds projects spanning across the South-Western parts of Ohio since 1995.
